Standard 3-day delivery service is SGD10 (flat rate) for all domestic orders except for certain promotional periods where free standard shipping may be offered. We ship out purchases within 1-2 working days. Express/Same-Day domestic delivery is available at $29 flat for orders placed by 3pm on weekdays. Should you place your order after 3pm on weekdays and opt for express delivery service, your order will be delivered to you by the next working day.
Note: If an item that you are purchasing is marked as International Item, it means the item is located in our showroom in Jakarta, Indonesia, there will be an international shipping fee of SGD39/order. This international shipping fee will automatically be added during checkout. Delivery of such international shipments will take between 5 to 7 workings days barring any unforeseen delays by the freight forwarding service. Please also be advised that the prevailing GST is payable by the customer for all international purchases above SGD400 and we are unable to under-declare your purchases for legal reasons. The applicable duties will be calculated and paid directly to the freight collecting agent on behalf of local authorities.
Buyers may opt for self-collection from our warehouse/showroom located at 201 Henderson Road, #04-10 Apex@Henderson, Singapore 159545 during our operating hours (11am to 6pm Mon - Fri and 11am to 5pm Sat. We are closed on Sundays and public holidays).
We ship international orders (excludes Indonesia) via DHL. Shipping fee will be calculated based on the product type and weight. Please note that the customer is fully responsible for any duties and taxes that may be levied on the purchase, as well as ensuring that items purchased can be legally imported into the destination country. Restrictions and regulations may apply for certain types of items such as exotic leathers. Once your package has been processed and shipped out, we will send you a notification email with your tracking number for all standard domestic deliveries as well as international shipments. Domestic orders with Express Shipping will be provided a direct link through your registered mobile for tracking of the delivery status.
We can only accept returns for domestic online purchases of fitted item such as clothing or shoes provided the return tag remains fully intact. Should your fitted item purchase not fit, you can initiate a return request within 24 hours of receipt of item/s via our mobile (+65 9299 8806) or email (email@example.com) for assistance. Upon confirmation of your request by our team, you will need to drop off your return item/s directly at our showroom during our operational hours within 24 hours of our confirmation, where your returned item/s will be processed for store credit refund within 3 working days after. Online purchases of fitted items not collected within 3 days shall not be permissible for returns. In the event of such occurrence where the fitted item does not fit and has past the return period, the buyer can easily re-consign the item back for sale on our platform at no cost (if re-consigned within 7 days of purchase. Normal selling fees apply thereafter).
Online purchases of non-fitted items (for example: bags, small leather goods and accessories), all offline purchases, international orders, items from International Sellers, as well as returns requests submitted after 24 hours of receipt of item/s will regrettably all not be accepted for returns.
